SERVPRO of Buckeye is hiring an experienced Restoration Crew Supervisor to lead jobs in the West Valley (Buckeye, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Surprise, Sun City and surrounding areas). This is a hands-on field position, not a desk job. You'll be on job sites every day running water, mold, fire and storm jobs and working alongside your crew.

What You'll Do (In the Field)

• Lead a crew of restoration technicians on water, mold, fire and storm jobs
• Set up drying equipment, take moisture readings and make sure the job is done right
• Do the physical work alongside your crew – demo, extraction, cleaning and equipment setup
• Be the face of SERVPRO® on site – walk homeowners through the process and keep them informed
• Document each job with photos, readings and notes so the file is complete
• Keep the office and project manager updated on job progress
• Keep your crew safe and follow OSHA guidelines
• Train and coach newer technicians
• Take your turn in the after-hours emergency rotation

Requirements

• 2+ years of restoration, cleaning, or construction experience
• IICRC WRT certification required
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
• Reliable, organized, and good with customers
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with help), climb ladders, and work in attics and crawl spaces
• Able to work outdoors and on job sites in Arizona heat
• Comfortable working around cleaning agents
• High school diploma/GED preferred
