Position Summary
As a Crew Chief, you’ll lead field teams on residential and commercial restoration projects. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high job quality, communicating with customers, completing documentation, and ensuring your crew works safely and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone with cleaning or restoration experience who wants to take the next step in leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and assist technicians on water, mold, and fire jobs
  
  
• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff
  
  
• Ensure work is performed according to company and IICRC standards
  
  
• Complete daily job documentation, equipment logs, and job notes
  
  
• Perform carpet, tile, and specialty cleaning services as needed
  
  
• Manage equipment setup, monitoring, and breakdown on job sites
  
  
• Train new technicians and promote team safety and professionalism
  
  
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
  
  
• 1+ year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred
  
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
  
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
  
  
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  
  
• IICRC certifications (CCT, WRT, AMRT, or others) are a plus
