As a Mid-level Restoration Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and supporting reconstruction projects from disaster response through completion. You’ll work closely with teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards—all while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Helps oversee restoration projects from initiation to completion
  • Assist in managing project budgets, schedules, and quality control
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards and company policies
  • Monitor project metrics and actively participate in community outreach

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience managing teams and construction projects
  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
  • Desire to learn project estimating (Xactimate/Symbility preferred)
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and continuously improve
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish (Desired)

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, use PPE, and lift up to 50 lbs
