The business focuses on delivering high-quality service across daily restaurant operations as well as private and corporate events. The Role: Restaurant & Venue Manager
The Restaurant & Venue Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations while also managing and executing event functions. The role exists to ensure consistent service standards, effective team leadership, and smooth operational delivery across both restaurant and venue activities. This is a hands-on management position requiring strong leadership, organisation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum 3–5 years experience managing restaurant and venue operations
Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and venue
Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards
Oversee the planning and execution of private and corporate events
Ensure excellent customer service and professional client interaction
Maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures
Handle staff performance management, scheduling, and general administration
Ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment
About You
3–5 years experience in restaurant and venue management
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Hands-on management style with strong operational focus
High level of integrity and professionalism
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality setting
Experience managing events is advantageous
