What you will do?

• Lead the team by example with a hands-on approach
• Oversee day-to-day bar and restaurant management
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards for food and beverage operations
• Train and develop team members
• Monitor weekly inventory and handle F&B marketing/promotions

More about you

• Previous experience in managing a bar or restaurant
• Knowledge of licensed premises management requirements
• Extensive understanding of liquor, bartending, and service protocols
• Knowledge of HACCP requirements
• Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Responsible Service of Gambling certificate
• Able to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
