Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Front of House staff in efficient running of all restaurant operations.
  • Anticipates business flows and needs and proactively sets up back stocks to minimize outages and service disruptions.
  • Keeps an eye on the guest experience at the table by maintaining timely and appropriate water levels, table cleanliness, and re-setting.
  • Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and provide them with a warm welcome.
  • Manage waitlists and reservations, providing accurate wait time to guest.
  • Performs additional task as requested such as Food Running, Bussing, Hosting and Barbacking.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed with a flexiable schedule.
  • Effective verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Commitment to delivering an oustanding guest experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality enviroment and shift between support duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One to two years’ experience in restaurant environment, preferably in busser/runner, or barback position.
  • General Knowledge and enthusiasm for craft distilling and spirits

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

  • Works outdoors/indoors 
  • Works in warm/cold climates 
  • Works in high places 
  • Works on wet surfaces 
  • Is exposed to loud noise, fumes and/or toxic chemicals 
  • Works near moving, mechanical parts and lift truck traffic 
  • Must be able to move up to 55 lbs.

Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods. Lifting may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
