We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiasticRestaurant Supervisorto join our team and help maintain the high standards and exceptional atmosphere that Nobu is known for.

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Nobu, you will be the driving force behind our front-of-house operations, ensuring that every guest receives impeccable service and enjoys a memorable dining experience. You will lead and inspire team members, support management in daily operations, and help uphold the Nobu standard of excellence.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

  • Co-ordination of day-to-day operations
  • Providing operational support across the venue
  • Demonstrating leadership to team members

About you

You’ll bring the following:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment
  • Full availability with the willingness to work weekends
  • Exceptional customer service and a passion for making spectacular experiences
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a busy environment
  • Natural leader and can ensure staff motivation and engagement at all times
  • Excellent time management skills.

To be successful, you’ll:

  • Hold an RSA certificate
  • Hold an Unrestricted Approved Managers License

This role requires:

  • Leadership or supervisory experience within a customer focused role
  • Experience with effectively leading a large team
