RESTUARANT SUPERVISOR - DICKEN'S INN, ST.KATHERINE'S DOCKS, LONDON

Fixed term contract until end of September 2026!

Pay Rate: £14.33 per hour
Contract: Full Time (30-40 hrs)

Opportunity to earn extra tips and service charge *

Shift times between 10am and 12am. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Hospitality moves fast - and so do you! If you thrive on action, love leading people, and want to make an impact every day, our Restaurant Supervisor role’s got your name on it.
  • Due to some responsibilities within the Restaurant Supervisorrole, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
  • Previous event or table service experience is required for this role.

ABOUT THE RESTUARANT SUPERVISOR ROLE: 

  • Lead the team during functions and events to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
  • Set up event spaces and prepare for service to ensure everything is ready to a high standard.
  • Help create memorable and special experiences for guests celebrating important occasions, including weddings.
  • Support the team on the floor with table service, food running and drink service when needed.
  • Supervise day-to-day service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout the event.
  • Be the go-to person for team and guest queries, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
  • Work closely with colleagues to keep service organised, efficient and welcoming at all times.
  • Keep all areas clean, tidy and presentable throughout service.
  • Lead by example with a hands-on approach and support the team during busy periods.
