What You’ll Be Doing:

Responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, leading and supporting staff, delivering excellent customer service, handling customer concerns, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervised daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
• Led, trained, and supported front-of-house staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
• Managed employee schedules, breaks, and shift assignments.
• Handled customer inquiries and resolved complaints professionally.
• Monitored food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assisted with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reports.
• Maintained inventory, ordered supplies, and reduced waste where possible.
• Worked closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Helped recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
• Ensured company policies and service standards were consistently followed.

What Is Required

• Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong customer service and communication
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and flexible
