Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee guest interactions to ensure a seamless experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain timely and accurate service.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to uphold restaurant standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Uphold the brands values and represent the restaurants image and reputation professionally.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar role in upscale or fine dining.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of restaurant software and POS systems is a plus.
