As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring that all service standards are met and guests receive an exceptional dining experience. You will lead and motivate the service team, manage reservations, assist in staff training, and handle guest feedback professionally. Responsibilities also include coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service flow, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
