Responsibilities:

Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of our ISLANDER GRILL RESTAURANT operations, from maintaining high standards of service to ensuring guest satisfaction. Upholding rigorous safety protocols is paramount, as is your commitment to excellence in execution. You'll work closely with kitchen, bar, and front house teams to keep quality high and operations smooth. We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, communication skills, and a someone passionate for creating a memorable experiences.

• Oversee set-up and inventory.
• Oversee operations at night and control flow of guests.
• Resolve issues promptly.
• Supervise daily operations.
• Handle service quality and complaints.
• Manage shifts and staff performance.
• Assist the Manager in closing of the cashiers and bartenders.
• Assist in Las Ramblas and Pata Pata at night when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communication.
• Experience in Supervisory level.
• Proficient in operations.
• Knowledge in service etiquette, wines and cocktails.
• Manage POS System and control reports.
• Train staff based on SOP's.
• Flexible schedule availability.

Education/Experience:

• Enseñansa pa Empleo
• EPI
• Proven supervisory experience
