Now Hiring: Service Manager

We’re currently looking for a high-energy, systems-minded Service Manager who can help us lead our team, build a positive and collaborative culture, and ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily service operations with confidence, clarity, and charisma
• Coach, mentor, and grow team members through hands-on training and feedback
• Drive excellence in hospitality—every shift, every guest
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance
• Support seamless communication between service and culinary teams
• Create a vibe that’s welcoming, upbeat, and on-brand for Taco Boy

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2–5 years of high-volume, full-service or casual restaurant management experience
• A track record of strong leadership and a passion for developing people
• Calm, upbeat energy even under pressure
• Solid understanding of P&L, labor and cost control, and inventory systems
• Experience writing schedules and running effective pre-shifts
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Bonus points if you have BOH/kitchen management experience

Minimum Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
