The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, enhance the dining experience for our guests, and contribute to a positive team environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience at our restaurant.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that tables are properly set and maintained throughout the dining experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders.
- Process payments accurately and handle credit transactions securely.
- Uphold health and safety standards, including cleanliness and sanitation of service areas.
- Stay knowledgeable about the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide guests with informed recommendations.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
