About the role
Server Assistants work with servers throughout the meal period by providing any necessary items toguestand helping to keepdiningarea clean and clear.

What you will do

• Assistservers by providing water, bread and butter service,coffeeand tea throughout the meal to guests, replacing silverware when necessary, clearing dirty dishes andanticipatingguests’ needs before requests are made

• Complete opening and closingsideworkas assigned and have all tables set according to standard,checkand set the breakfast station, breakdown any buffets, displays or stations between service or when needed.

• Clear tables efficiently and quietly between guests and reset them forspecificnumber ofpersons

• Always ensure a clean,neatand organized work area.

What you bring

• Must be able to communicate in English

• 1-2 years food and beverage experience required with luxury restaurant experience preferred

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a full-time position

• Flexible schedule expected as shifts could include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
