Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take their orders in a timely and friendly manner
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions guests may have
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that guests have everything they need throughout their dining experience
• Includes bartending shifts
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are accurate and timely

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Server/Bartender or in a similar role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
