Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Salary Range: $7.00 - $7.00 Hourly

The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by delivering prompt and courteous service to guests. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable visit. The Restaurant Server plays a key role in maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for excellent service and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them in finding suitable seating arrangements.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items, including specials and promotions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Assist in training new servers and provide support to team members as needed.

Qualifications

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Required

Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Experience in customer service roles is advantageous.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment efficiently.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
