The Restaurant Server delivers exceptional hospitality by providing warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest. From taking accurate orders to ensuring each table enjoys a seamless dining experience, this role is essential to upholding our reputation for outstanding service and genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating

• Present menus and share detailed information on specials and offerings

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar teams

• Serve food and beverages promptly, professionally, and with confidence

• Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit

• Process payments accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and reset tables quickly

• Partner with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow

• Follow all safety and sanitation standards

• Support team members and assist in training new servers as needed

Qualifications

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Required

Experience:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Experience in customer service roles is advantageous.
