Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome Guests:

• Greet diners warmly and provide a friendly introduction to the menu.
• Guide them through the dining experience with recommendations and personal touches.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Input orders into the point-of-sale system efficiently.
• Check back with guests to ensure their satisfaction and handle any adjustments as needed.

• Set up and take down dining areas before and after shifts.
• Ensure all tables are clean and presentable at all times, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Support fellow team members, particularly during busy periods.

• Promote daily specials, beverages, and desserts to enhance guest experience.
• Provide information about restaurant promotions and events.

Requirements

• Experience in food service or a similar customer-facing role is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic mathematical skills for managing transactions and cash handling.
• Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Physical Requirements:

• Capacity to stand for extended periods and carry multiple trays.
• Able to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds and move quickly between tables and the kitchen.
