We are seeking a Restaurant Runner to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting the Food & Beverage Function within our organisation. Main Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hot, accurately plated meals from the kitchen to Waiter/Waitress with efficiency, care, and urgency.
• Verify order accuracy before leaving the kitchen and communicate any changes or special requests to servers and culinary staff.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to maintain smooth dining room flow during all meal periods.
• Assist servers by refilling beverages, removing used dishes, and responding to immediate guest needs.
• Stock and maintain service stations with clean glassware, cutlery, napkins, condiments, and other essential service items.
• Assist with pre-service setup and end-of-shift breakdown, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and well-prepared.
• Maintain dining and service areas in accordance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with both kitchen and service teams to ensure timely, accurate, and seamless delivery of guest orders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in a similar role within a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong understanding of dining room operations, guest flow, and service etiquette.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively between front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and perform tasks that involve lifting (up to 40 lbs), walking, carrying trays, bending, and stretching.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; certification in Food Safety/HACCP is an asset.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistently delivering high-quality guest service.
