Job Description

Earn $87,000-$92,000 annually plus an annual discretionary performance bonus while leading operations for an established upscale casual restaurant with a strong reputation, loyal guest following, and long-term stability.

This is a hands-on Restaurant Manager position overseeing daily operations, team development, guest experience, labor management, and service execution in a busy upscale casual restaurant. You'll provide leadership for a team of more than 50 employees while helping maintain high standards of hospitality, accountability, and operational consistency.

You'll join a stable, family-owned hospitality organization with an experienced team, strong community reputation, and direct access to ownership. Rather than rebuilding a struggling operation, you'll step into a thriving business and play a meaningful role in elevating standards, developing people, strengthening accountability, and supporting continued growth.

This role is ideal for a restaurant manager who wants meaningful leadership responsibility without stepping into a turnaround situation. You'll inherit an established operation, an experienced team, and the opportunity to work directly with ownership while helping shape the restaurant's next stage of growth.

If you're an experienced restaurant leader who enjoys developing people, improving systems, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, we'd like to speak with you.
