Located on Hayat Island, InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is a luxury beachfront resort where island living meets authentic Arabian hospitality. As our Restaurant Manager for our Turkish and Lebanese dining destination, you’ll be at the heart of delivering refined, authentic, and memorable dining experiences. From lively dinner service to VIP gatherings and special occasions, you’ll lead with confidence, cultural understanding, and a sharp eye for detail, ensuring every guest interaction reflects true luxury hospitality.


A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
  • Lead, coach, and develop the service team through regular briefings, on-the-job training, and performance feedback
  • Set, monitor, and consistently deliver high service standards in line with brand expectations and luxury dining principles
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including reservations, table management, service flow, and guest recovery
  • Ensure a strong guest focus by handling feedback and complaints professionally and turning insights into service improvements
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure menu knowledge, food quality, presentation, and timing meet expectations
  • Manage staffing, rosters, and productivity in line with business levels and budget requirements
  • Drive upselling initiatives, promotions, and service rituals to maximise revenue and average spend
  • Monitor costs, stock levels, wastage, and inventory in coordination with the finance and store teams
  • Review daily reports, POS data, and monthly P&L results, providing input and action plans where needed
  • Ensure full compliance with brand standards, health and safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations
  • Support and actively participate in sustainability and responsible business initiatives
  • Coordinate and execute special events, VIP experiences, and seasonal activations within the outlet

What We need from you:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Proven experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurant operations
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a management role
  • Strong understanding of Middle Eastern dining concepts, ideally Turkish or Lebanese cuisine
  • Confident communicator and people leader, able to motivate and develop diverse teams
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage, with additional languages considered a plus
