Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Bristol Belgrade. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and Chef to manage restaurant operations, ensuring that the high standards required by both the hotel and guests are exceeded. As a hands-on and experienced hospitality professional, you will bring together strong commercial and financial understanding with a genuine passion for service and the presence to be the face of the restaurant. You will lead from the front, inspiring the team and ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations, with full responsibility for the Front of House and the overall guest experience.
• Provide confident and inspiring leadership, setting the highest standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.
• Bring strong experience across different outlets and use it to lead, develop, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations through excellent organization, attention to detail, and clear communication.
• Develop and empower the team to consistently deliver personalized, attentive, and 5-star service in line with luxury hospitality standards.
• Lead by example and inspire the team to bring the restaurant’s vision and service culture to life every day.
• Build strong relationships with other departments to ensure a seamless and consistently elevated guest journey.
• Respond to guest feedback with professionalism and care, resolving concerns effectively and turning feedback into opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, hygiene, and operational compliance at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as successful Restaurant Manager within a luxury hotel.
• Previous experience in Michelin restaurants is a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent understanding of food and beverage trends and management.
• Have strong wine knowledge, ideally with WSET Level 2/3 certification or similar.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
• Proficiency in F&B management software (Shiji POS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
