SWOT Hospitality is excited to announce an opening for the position of
Restaurant Manager
at Parian Chronicle Destination by Hyatt in Paros.
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement menus in collaboration with chefs, focusing on quality and seasonal ingredients.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a motivated team.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct inventory audits and oversee supply chain management.
- Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for both guests and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury or resort environment.
- Fluency in Greek and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proven experience in financial management and cost control.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a positive work environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Paros if not a current resident.
