An exciting opportunity awaits an accomplished Restaurant Manager ready to lead with vision, excellence, and purpose.

The ideal candidate will embody our Warm, Fresh and Real personality, leading with authenticity, bringing fresh ideas to the table, and creating meaningful connections with guests and colleagues alike. Your Experience & Expertise

· Minimum 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager within a luxury hotel, resort, or internationally recognised restaurant concept.

· Proven expertise in menu engineering, financial performance, cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimisation.

· A track record of successfully launching innovative promotions and new concepts.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, coach, and develop diverse teams.

· Excellent knowledge of outlet operations and guest experience management.

· Experience leading multicultural teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

· Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

· A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences and service excellence.

· Fluent Italian and English language skills (written and spoken) are mandatory.

Professional Profile

• College Degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality Management
• HACCP Certified (PIC Level 3 or International Equivalent)
• Basic & Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification
• WSET Intermediate Certification preferred
• Train the Trainer Certification preferred
