Restaurant Manager
for a new project in Milos
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service and high standards.
- Manage financial performance and work towards improving guest satisfaction.
- Participate in menu development and food tastings to maintain quality and innovation.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate restaurant staff effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Conduct monthly inventories, manage storage, and coordinate weekly orders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and promote a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in upscale hospitality environments.
- Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and performance monitoring.
- Positive attitude, hospitality-oriented, and passion for excellence.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
