Job Description

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of [Restaurant], ensuring efficient service, excellent guest experiences, and strong team performance. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of food and beverage service, driving outlet revenue, and creating a warm and authentic Spanish dining experience aligned with the standards of Filinvest Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees daily restaurant operations and ensures smooth service flow during all operating hours.
• Leads, trains, and motivates the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Ensures consistent quality of food, beverages, and service standards through coordination with the Culinary team.
• Handles guest feedback, requests, and concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitors sales performance, inventory, costing, and operational efficiency.
• Supports marketing initiatives and strategies to increase outlet revenue and guest engagement.
• Maintains proper grooming, sanitation, safety, and compliance with hotel standards.
• Creates a positive, collaborative, and service-focused work environment.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused mindset
• Proven ability to manage operations, drive sales, and meet financial targets
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Flexible, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays
