Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa – The House Restaurant

We’re seeking a guest-focused Restaurant Manager to join our team and help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of prior leadership experience in the restaurant industry
• Experience with Front of House operations & Back of House coordination
• Expert customer service & conflict resolution skills

Key Components of the role will include:

• Demonstrating strong leadership by training and managing associates to ensure compliance with food and beverage policies and exceptional service standards.
• Overseeing the guest experience from entry to departure, including special events and room service.
• Cultivating a culture of empowerment, encouraging associates to excel in customer service.
