Level99 is a sprawling playground designed for adults with over 50 life-sized mini-games where Players dodge axes, crack puzzles, and outsmart real-world challenges. The Level99 team is looking for a Restaurant Manager to be a key player on our Food & Beverage management team. You’ll work closely with our Events, Culinary, and Entertainment teams to keep the Tap Room and Beer Hall running smoothly, while helping us boost event efficiency and keep our hospitality standards high. We’re looking for an inspiring leader who loves being on the floor, running events, connecting with guests, and maintaining the high-energy at Level99. Connect with guests, build relationships, and cultivate regulars
Maintain an approachable, positive, and energetic attitude to address guest and staff needs
Handle tough conversations with decisiveness, grace, and maturity
Proactively take initiative to drive shift operations forward
Manage systems including Toast POS, OpenTable, Sling, and Lever
Schedule hourly staff to optimize sales and achieve hospitality targets
Coach staff on hospitality and F&B service standards
Uphold venue safety, entertainment risks, and food safety standards.
Support and collaborate across F&B, events, and entertainment teams
Knowledge of a second language, particularly Spanish, a plus

Our games are active, social, and endlessly replayable. Each challenge is designed to bring a group together in engaging activities that take 1 to 4 minutes to complete, sparking moments of laughter in epic fails and high-fives in triumphant wins. Level99 tracks each player’s progress as they work their way up the coveted leaderboard or try to collect every “star” available in the venue, unlocking exclusive rewards as they play. To enhance the gaming experience, Level99 offers a full-service bar and restaurant in partnership with licensed local craft brewers. To date we have worked with Night Shift Brewing and Victory Brewing to feature our scratch-made cooking, legendary craft beers, hand-made creative cocktails, and a variety of dining and gathering spaces for events.
Level99 opened its first location in 2021 in Natick, MA. Since then we have opened additional venues in Providence, RI and Tysons, VA, and have planned future openings in Orlando, FL, West Hartford, CT, and King of Prussia, PA.
