Looking for candidates with a proven experience working in a remote island environment, and must be comfortable relocating on single status.
Must have ultra-luxury background, with experience opereating in complex, high-pressure environments where standards, pace, discretion and attention to detail are consistently high.
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- strong emotional intelligence and mature interpersonal skills
- ability to lead diverse, multi-cultural teams
- proven experience working to Forbes-level service standards
- consistent career history with recognised luxury hotels and Michelin-level restaurants
- strong financial awareness, including labour, payroll, cost control and profitability
