
We are looking for a full-time Restaurant Manager to join and manage our amazing sea view restaurant, whilst offering support to the hotel's general manager in delivering a high-quality guest focused experience that has a personal and authentic feel. If you are passionate about food and beverage and enjoy delivering amazing hospitality, this could be a role for you. It also involves coaching and mentoring a team to success in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will need to be well organised and have a strong commercial awareness alongside operational hands-on experience to truly shine.
This role operates 5 out 7 days and includes regular evenings and weekends

Situated in the picture perfect, historic fishing village of Robin Hoods Bay, Hotel Victoria boasts some of the best coastal views in North Yorkshire. The 30-bedroom property, which has recently undergone extensive refurbishment, is ideally located to either explore the great outdoors with coastal and moorland locations on your doorstep, or just cosy up and recharge your batteries in the unique surroundings.
The Hotel offers several wonderful areas to dine, welcoming both residents and non-residents for breakfast, brunch and lunch through to a delightful afternoon tea or a sophisticated evening meal. Our garden, terrace and patio areas offer some incredible outdoor dining and relaxing spaces to soak up the glorious views on the North Yorkshire Coast.
