We are placing a Maître de Salle for a signature Italian restaurant at one of the Caribbean's leading luxury resorts. This is a senior, guest-facing leadership role — suited to a seasoned hospitality professional with a genuine passion for the craft and a long-term commitment to the region.

required: Italian and/or Spanish, plus professional English.
Responsibilities
– Own the dining room — build lasting relationships with VIP and repeat guests
– Lead all front-of-house operations across high-volume, ultra-luxury service
– Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing service team
– Maintain standards consistent with the finest Mediterranean fine dining establishments
– Guide guests through wine and beverage selections; grow F&B revenue through confident, natural recommendation
– Ensure seamless communication between kitchen and dining room at all times
Requirements
– 10–15 years in luxury or ultra-luxury restaurant environments
– Demonstrable experience at Cipriani, Amalfi Coast, Côte d'Azur, or equivalent caliber establishments
– Proven track record managing UHNW clientele with discretion and warmth
– Natural host with commanding presence — a personality guests seek out by name
– Strong wine knowledge; sommelier certification a plus
– Experience living or working outside Europe; island life experience is an advantage
– Open to long-term relocation in the Caribbean
