What You’ll Do
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, and collaborate with Culinary leadership to lead kitchen and back-of-house functions.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial objectives, including revenue growth and cost control.
Recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of professionalism and hospitality.
Build lasting relationships with guests, vendors, and the community to enhance the restaurant's reputation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to curate and deliver a memorable dining experience.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to ensure excellence in every aspect of service.
Your Experience Includes
3+ years of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.
Expertise in food and beverage operations, guest service, and staff management.
Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and cost control.
Knowledge of industry trends, compliance standards, and high-end service techniques.
Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
