About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead one of our restaurants and bring the El Jannah experience to life every day. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, from guest experience and team culture to food quality, safety and commercial results.

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll set the tone for the business, lead and develop your management team, and create an environment where both guests and team members feel welcome, supported and proud to be part of El Jannah.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Championing the EJ Way, a guest-first culture and ensuring consistently high service standards
  • Building, leading and developing a high-performing management and team member group
  • Driving strong food quality, cleanliness, food safety and WHS compliance
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, rostering and performance management
  • Managing labour, payroll and operational administration
  • Monitoring sales, costs and profitability, and delivering against business targets
  • Managing stock, inventory, ordering and supplier relationships
  • Handling guest feedback professionally and proactively
  • Building strong connections within the local community

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in QSR or fast-paced hospitality
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, inspire, energise and develop large teams
  • Performance and outcome driven with strong commercial acumen, including labour, cost and inventory management
  • Sound knowledge of food safety, WHS and compliance requirements
  • A calm, confident leadership style with the ability to lead under pressure
  • Strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills
  • A genuine passion for food, people and guest experience
  • Availability to work flexible rosters, including evenings and weekends
