Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Work Location: Singapore, Palais Renaissance
Job Type: Full-time

Company Background:

We are a Chinese-Western fusion restaurant looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations. This role requires regular communication with our headquarters in China to align operational standards and brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and equipment maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with Singapores hygiene, safety, and service standards under local F&B regulations.
  • Monitor food quality and customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience.

2. Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team, ensuring fair employment practices and compliance with MOM guidelines
  • Develop staff scheduling and task allocation to maintain efficient daily operations.
  • Foster an inclusive and professional workplace culture

3. Financial & Cost Control

  • Monitor restaurant financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
  • Implement sales strategies to increase revenue while controlling operational costs
  • Optimize inventory management to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.

4. Customer Engagement & Brand Promotion

  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Work with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, both online and offline.

5. Compliance & Market Insights

  • Work with HQ and local teams to analyze market trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapores employment, food safety, and workplace safety regulations

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience & Skills:
    • Minimum 10 years of experience as a restaurant manager, preferably in the Western cuisine sector
    • Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
    • Proficiency in restaurant management software (e.g., Excel, POS systems).
