As we continue to evolve and grow, we’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and help drive exceptional service, strong team culture, and operational excellence across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader who loves building teams, leading from the floor, and creating memorable experiences for guests.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our Front of House team and deliver exceptional service, strong team culture, and day-to-day operational excellence.

You will

* Lead from the front and set the standard for outstanding guest experiences

* Be hands-on and present

* Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team

* Manage daily operations with care, consistency, and attention to detail

About You

You’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and genuinely loves looking after both your team and guests.

You:

* Have proven experience in a Restaurant Manager or senior FOH leadership role

* Are confident leading, coaching, and developing teams

* Lead with warmth, accountability, and integrity

* Are highly organised, operationally strong, and service-driven

* Take pride in creating memorable guest experiences

Australia’s BBQ Mecca is the Mornington Peninsula’s coolest new BBQ and Beer Hall. With rustic country vibes, fine local wines, exceptional craft beer on tap and the best Aussie-smoked, American-style BBQ this side of the equator.

We exclusively use free range meat and source local and seasonal ingredients.

Meats are traditionally smoked for 12-16 hours using native Australian hardwoods in Ruby and Big Red – our giant Texas offset steel ‘pits’. We believe that the time and devotion that goes into our menu is the key to our amazing food.
