Restaurant Manager – Knutsford – £60,000 plus benefits

This Restaurant Manager opportunity is for a high-calibre operator with a multi-rosette and Michelin background, joining a restaurant where standards, detail and guest experience sit at the heart of everything. The focus is on delivering refined, consistent service in a calm, professional environment — not chasing volume at the expense of quality.

Working closely with senior leadership and the kitchen team, you’ll take full ownership of the front-of-house operation, leading from the floor, developing the team and ensuring every guest journey reflects the restaurant’s reputation and ambition.

Restaurant Manager – Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience in Michelin-starred and multi-rosette restaurants

  • Strong floor presence with a hands-on leadership style
