Interim Restaurant Manager
£15–£16 per hour

We are looking for an experienced and confident Interim Restaurant Manager to support a variety of hospitality venues during busy periods, staff holidays, and transitional phases.
About the Role:
As an Interim Manager, you'll step in to maintain smooth day-to-day operations, lead the front-of-house team, and ensure consistently high standards of service. You’ll be adaptable, people-focused, and capable of quickly understanding new systems and environments.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel management role
Confident leading teams and handling guest relations
Comfortable with ordering, stock control, and shift planning
Calm under pressure and quick to integrate into new settings
Flexible to travel if needed
