The Restaurant Manager, among other duties, is responsible for developing a culture of excellence and providing an exceptional dining experience through teamwork, efficiency and respect. In coordination with other members of the dining services team, the Restaurant Manager will oversee the front and back of house operations, ensuring a complete and fulfilling dining experience.

Qualifications

The best candidates for this full time position will have:

• At least three (3) years of restaurant management or hospitality leadership experience, preferably in senior living
• High School diploma or equivalent. Advanced training in restaurant management or a degree in management a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Competent in all MS Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Previous experience working with various recipe and scheduling software
• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional communication skills
