Are you a natural leader with a love for great food, good vibes, and creating memorable guest experiences? Fonda is on the lookout for a Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver consistently outstanding service.

We’re a vibrant Mexican restaurant obsessed with bold flavours, fresh produce, and heartfelt hospitality. We take pride in delivering a consistently excellent experience — from the plate to the playlist — and we’re looking for someone ready to lead the charge and grow with us.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading daily operations with energy, professionalism, and a strong floor presence
  • Driving guest satisfaction and strong NPS/Google ratings through great food, fast service, and genuine hospitality
  • Ensuring food, beverage, and service standards are consistently high across all areas
  • Coaching FOH & BOH teams through on-shift training, regular feedback, and leading by example
  • Managing recruitment, onboarding, and progression of high-performing team members
  • Owning rosters, payroll accuracy, and team scheduling in line with labour targets
  • Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and venue compliance standards
  • Overseeing inventory, stock control, and cost management
  • Running team meetings and cultural initiatives that drive engagement and alignment
  • Setting and executing goals that support financial success and business growth
  • Working at least 3 peak shifts per week to lead from the front when it counts most

What you bring

  • Experience in hospitality or restaurant leadership (1–3 years preferred)
  • Strong people skills and a team-first attitude
  • A calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressure
  • Passion for service, quality, and guest satisfaction
  • Great communication, organisation, and time management skills
