Responsibilities
- Ensure assigned station is properly set up and ready for service in accordance with kitchen standards and service timelines.
- Prepare and cook menu items for breakfast, lunch, or dinner service while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Assist Head Cooks and culinary leadership with food production and service as needed.
- Support other kitchen areas, including pantry, prep, and banquet production, as business needs require.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
- Complete daily opening and closing checklists accurately and consistently.
- Follow proper food storage procedures and adhere to all food safety and health department regulations.
- ork collaboratively with kitchen team members to ensure efficient service and a positive team environment.

Qualifications
- 2 Years of previous culinary or kitchen experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to work in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, cold, and kitchen equipment.
