Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and proper set-up of assigned station by time of service.
- Assist head cooks in production and service.
- Work in head cook's absence, as specified in that position's job description.
- Assist in other kitchen production areas, such as pantry and banquets, as needed.
- Responsible for keeping position on the line clean and sanitary during shift and completing daily checklists accurately.
- Maintain proper storage procedures and follow Food Handling guidelines as specified by Health Department and hotel requirements.

Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a cook's position in a quality kitchen.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Standing or walking to a significant degree.
