Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team for the upcoming season.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle challenges with professionalism.

  • Manage telephone reservations
  • Welcome customers upon arrival
  • Escort customers to their reserved tables
  • Attend to guests' needs (e.g., checkroom service, etc.)
  • Assist with information requests

Requirements

    • At least 1 year of experience in the same role in luxury hotels and/or fine dining restaurants
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong teamwork skills
    • Determination to achieve goals
    • Fluency in English at a professional level; proficiency in an additional language is preferred
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to adapt to various situations
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations
    • Basic Computer-Literacy skills
