🔎 About the Role

We are seeking a welcoming and service-oriented Hostess to join our Restaurant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome while managing seating arrangements efficiently. If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating memorable dining experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

💼 What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods.
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor dining room activity.
• Assist guests with inquiries and accommodate special seating requests when possible.
• Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station.
• Support the service team with additional tasks as needed.
• Uphold RIU’s high standards of guest service and professionalism.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a warm, friendly attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Team player with a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage.
