Now, we're looking for an exceptional Female Restaurant General Manager to bring the energy, lead the opening, build an outstanding team, and help create a venue that guests will love from day one.

THE ROLE

As our Female Restaurant General Manager, you'll set the tone, shape the culture, and lead the journey from opening day and beyond. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, building a high-performing team, driving commercial success, and establishing the restaurant as one of Dubai's most exciting sports dining destinations.

YOU WILL BE THE DRIVING FORCE BEHIND

· The successful pre-opening, launch, and ongoing operation of the restaurant

· Creating memorable guest experiences that reflect Forbes standards

· Building, coaching, and inspiring a passionate multicultural team

· Driving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence

· Delivering innovative promotions, events, and experiences that keep guests coming back

· Managing budgets, forecasting, inventory, and overall business performance

· Partnering with culinary and resort leadership teams to continually elevate the concept

· Creating a culture where people feel valued, empowered, and motivated to succeed

WHO WE'D LOVE TO MEET

We're looking for a confident and inspiring hospitality professional who brings:

· Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager within luxury hospitality

· A strong background in sports-themed venues, sports bars, premium casual dining, or high-energy restaurant concepts

· Exceptional leadership and people development skills

· Commercial expertise with a strong understanding of P&L management and revenue growth

· Experience leading successful restaurant openings and building high-performing teams

· A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and fostering a positive workplace culture
