• Lead your team hire, train, coach, and schedule a crew that actually wants to come to work
• Own the numbers manage labor, COGS, cash, and P&L to hit targets without sacrificing guest experience
• Own the guest experience keep food quality, cleanliness, and service consistent with Capriotti's standards
• Drive local sales run local shop marketing and build relationships in the Colorado Springs community
• Solve problems in real time you're the person the team looks to when something needs a decision, fast

• Prior experience managing a restaurant, retail, or QSR location (leading a team, not just working shifts)
• Comfort with P&L, labor management, and basic reporting/POS systems
• The ability to stay calm, organized, and hands-on during a busy rush
• A genuine "roll up your sleeves" attitude — this is an active, on-your-feet leadership role

• Comfortable working near ovens/coolers (ranging from freezing to hot kitchen conditions)
• On your feet and moving around the shop for most of your shift
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. occasionally
