Little Hen is seeking an experienced, passionate, and hospitality-driven General Manager to lead our Fort Lauderdale location.

Oversee all daily restaurant operations
Lead and develop front-of-house and management teams
Drive exceptional guest experiences and service standards
Manage labor, staffing, scheduling, and operational costs
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
Maintain strong communication between departments
Handle guest relations and resolve concerns professionally
Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
Achieve sales, labor, and profitability goals
Maintain Little Hen culture and hospitality standards
3+ years of General Manager experience in high-volume hospitality
Strong leadership and team development skills
Experience managing labor, COGS, and operational performance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Weekend and holiday availability required
Fine dining or upscale casual experience preferred
