YOUR DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Lead the restaurant management team to meet sales and budget goals
  • Manage food, labor, and paper costs as well as other controllable expenses
  • Own scheduling, expense tracking and labor management
  • Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines
  • Hire, train and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
  • Identify and foster talent in your team, develop high performers for promotions
  • Verify product quality, safety and sanitation standards are met
  • Ability to understand and learn from financial reports
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • High School degree; Bachelors degree, preferred
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality industry
  • Three years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Driven leader with a growth mindset of continuous improvement who is passionate about achieving results
  • Systems and processes oriented
  • Ability to work flexible schedule consisting of mornings, mid-day shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays
