Job Description

Pure Grit, a new vegan BBQ fast casual restaurant, is looking for a General Manager to open, and manage its first restaurant in New York City.

Hands on! The role requires active participation in the front of the house, with guests, and in the kitchen working alongside your team every day.

Being an integral part of a mission to deliver a truly unique vegan experience to our guests, and share that passion with the team and our guests daily.

Developing and leading dynamic and diverse teams.

Driven by clear expectations, and following established people, sales and profit processes, with the support and guidance from an engaged founder and operations team.

Motivating teams by driving sales through creative merchandising tactics and involving them in inspirational campaigns.

Utilizing and analyzing metrics, trends, and numbers to make decisions to drive your business.
