Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of enthusiastic individuals, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of cafe operations, including cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory control, ordering, and rotation to ensure freshness and prevent waste.
• Customer Satisfaction: Champion a customer-focused culture, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
• Training and Development: Train and develop team members to meet and exceed performance expectations.
• Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality, consistently delivering excellent customer experience.

• Benefits health insurance, 401K with up to 4% annual company match

Required Experience:

• 2+ years Restaurant Management Experience
• High school preferred, but not required
